no i don't like how they ruined the pvp if every minecraft server gets updated to 1.9 ima quit minecraft

Have 1 profile for 1.8 and another for 1.9. To do this you click 'New Profile' in the launcher, call it whatever you want, then next to 'Use version' click on the drop-down box and select 'release 1.8.9', then press 'save profile'. Now you should have a profile for both 1.8 and 1.9. Hope this helps!

I don't really understand why "1.9 ruins Minecraft"... It changes pvp mainly, but it only means that pvp turns into more of strategy and timing, rather than spam clicking, lag and fps.

 

"spam clicking" still requires skill..

 

Well, fine. But in 1.9, personally I feel there's more stress and anticipation as one wrong timing/click could be deadly, so you'd turn more attention to your control and strategy.
