Hey there Everyone :D The frying course has come to an end, but the next course is Aeration and Emulsification. And you might be wondering... what's that course means? Well, let me explain to you. This course is all about cakes etc. We make cakes like: yellow layer cake, chocolate layer cake, Frangipane etc. You will see the 3 I listed below. Next one the class and I are going to make is the White and Chocolate Jellyroll cake, and the white and chocolate sponge cake, there was brownies as wall as other pastries. Won't tell yet until the time comes. But I know, you guys are excited to see more products that makes you drool and get hungry really bad. I know how that feels, and I wish you were by my side seeing how it's done and you can eat it. Here's the picture of the 3 I listed earlier above ^^^
