Can't open my chests due to name change

So, basically, I can't open the chests that I have set up shops in when my ign was OutrageousMuffin. I can't even break the signs for the shop. I'm pretty sure everything just has to do with name change stuff and how it's technically a different player, so I may not be able to fix this without someone coming on and breaking them, but I'm not sure.

 

What server is this for?

 

You need to email [email protected] and tell them what server its on and where to go to fix it. It might take a while but its the only way to do it other than finding Cyp and Noob in-game and having them do it from there.

Oh yea, I had the same issue on Op Prison and It got fixed by sending an email.
