I think 3 Head-mods are enough for now if the server gets to 5000 plus people, maybe there would be room to have a couple extra, and assign moderators to groups possibly with the head mods being the leader of those groups

It actually upset me to read this. I'd like to start of by saying even 3 head mods is a lot. It a a position where there is typically one person. It really doesn't matter though. Having three has proven its worth and people don't really understand that until they join the team. Most have no idea the time and effort we put into this server. Some is behind the scenes and some is out in the open. This is why I have metaphorically created a rank named senior mod which would be under the head mod. It would have more permissions and somewhat of a leading position on the team. 4 head mods? I don't see Cyp doing that. Even promoting two was uncommon. It is more then just a position you apply for. You have to be hand selected and gain high amounts of trust. We are not much different from mods with their permissions. Sure, we may have a few extra but that is why we are always open on the forums. I for sure know I am in game daily unless I am on a trip. We are happy to help you with the little extra permissions we have such as island bypass. Janice is an outstanding moderator. I will not take that away from her. Remember though, being a good mod doesn't always mean you would be good as the leader. I am not saying Janice wouldn't, it is just something to consider. After all, this thread will not help her. I am sure Cyp sees her dedication. It will be up to him if she should be head mod, not the players.
I'm very flattered that you think this way. However, it's all up to Cyp and Crew in the end. The Head-Mods do at least 5x the work we regular mods do. Much of the work is behind the scenes. It's crazy to think how much they've worked for this server. They are the leaders who help, work with, and assist the team in any issue(s) or conflict(s). @Pile_of_Butts @Nanurz @AmazingFireGirl have all dedicated countless hours in helping this server every day. Kudos to them. As for now, I think we have enough head-mods for this server and as for me, I still have a lot of questions on my part and I still have a lot to learn. There's still a handful of mods who would definitely be worthy as a candidate, not just me. Just as @TADS4 said, it's a team effort.
I also would like to add that Pile and I have jobs. I get on as much as a can. Pile also gets paid to work on a couple other servers on top of that. Fryzigg goes to school and has a list of after shool activities she participates in.
I didn't mean any offence, I know you have jobs. I even said that you did in the post. I completely understand, and Nanurz, I do believe you do a lot for the server. I didn't say otherwise in the post. (If it came across as that, I promise it was NOT intentional.) The Head-Mods do a LOT for the server, I said that in the post. I just explained why it would help to have another.
Janice is, undeniably, a wonderful moderator. No doubt she'd make a fine head mod, too. However, I'm going to have to agree with some previous replies stating that 3 is enough. I feel like the current head mods have done fine handling things as it is. Just my opinion. If things start to pile up in the future, maybe consider promoting another? As of now, I don't see it that necessary.
Janice is an outstanding mod, I love her to bits. But how do you think all of the rest of the mods feel about what you have stated? Stating that one mod is better than the rest? We have 3 head mods right now, and 3 is a good number. I don't think the head mods would like to have another head mod added. As Max and Tads stated, you need to have Cyp's trust or you'll never get head mod, if he believes we need another head mod he will add one. It's that simple.
I honestly don't know about this. It's @CypriotMerks and @Noobcrew's decision anyway. While Janice is a fantastic mod I fell like the best candidate for this would be @MaxNinja10 or @Nightfire

What about all of the other mods that worked hard to get where they are today? They all deserve some credit. Not saying that Janice is bad, in fact, she's the nicest person I've met on here, but the other moderators would still find this unfair, as they worked just as hard.
