Your brother was banned on the forums for extreme profanity and rate abuse. I do not know much about this, but I filed a report on him. If you could find it somewhere in the archives, you could see why he was forum banned. He could send a ban appeal to [email protected] but I do not believe that they unban people for stuff like this.
It could be the massive amounts of rate abuse, profanity and downright disrespect he has given. Also if you post on ban appeals or reports that have nothing to do with you (which he does a lot) you get warning points, when those points add up you get temp banned, get enough temp bans and you get perm banned. If he learned to follow the rules he wouldn't be temp banned.
We just did .__. He was either banned for posting in ban appeals, or for the extreme profanity/rate abuse that he did.
Once the ban is over, there will be a message in his inbox of why he was banned. He will have to wait.

Although they are not moderators, they are answering your question. Just because they aren't mods doesn't mean they don't know anything about the forums or the ban. There is no "crime" going on, you just insist on having a moderator answer your question however 2 people already answered for you. If I'm correct, administrators are only able to forum ban, so maybe the moderators wouldn't know the exact answer. It is most likely due to profanity or abuse of ratings. Sorry bout that.

They have. That is what he was reported of before he was banned so it is most likely rate abusing and profanity. There would be no other reasons than those two.
