Mineverse News | February 2016 A while back there was a version of these that were posted every week by @Grays0n, @Meliodas and @Cheez . We decided we were going to reinvent it as 'Mineverse News'. There will be a new thread posted on the last day of every month informing you guys of: Changes in staff. Upcoming events. Recent happenings. etc. -------------------------------------------------------- | Server |Minecraft 1.9: Minecraft 1.9 "The Combat Update" was released today; February 29th, 2016. However, Mineverse will not be updating for a while as none of our plugins are currently compatible with 1.9. Rules: Our rules were recently updated with new punishments for offenses. All offenses are now temporary bans repeat offenders are to be permanently banned or have a longer temporary ban depending on the offense. You can now keep track of how many kills you've gained, how many bed you've broken, etc. -------------------------------------------------------- | Forums |Prefixes: Over the past couple weeks our forum administrator Pile_of_Butts has been adding thread prefixes for you to use in the title of your Moderator Application so we can see what region you're from. This is very helpful for when we're looking for staff from a specific area. So don't forget to edit your title! -------------------------------------------------------- | Upcoming Events | Tournaments: The finals have yet to be determined on the Skywars tournament, however we've had a confirmation on what the tournament for March, 2016 will be.
