Well I would have gotten top voter but someone voted for me on another server through the same site.

The secret really is when the votes reset. I believe it's 8:00PM EST

Just basically vote at 12:00am UTC (you have to google or know the time difference to figure out when it is for you).

Also, it's 7:00pm

 

If you are in PST vote at 4:00 pm.
Also, the trick is to be able to reload the page quickly and typing your name in THAT fast. :>

 

You have to vote at a particular time, but I don't know what time you have to vote
