-The layout is somewhat okay but the lack of color and effort into your writing makes it look just rushed
-The reason why you want to be a moderator: "I have a passion for moderating. When I moderate, I feel good. I feel good knowing I did my part to help stop all the hackers, foul language and such." Okay this was okay but then you moved on to doing things as a team and people can't do it alone and such and such. Try to stick to one topic so the people who read it can understand easily.
