NA Mod KitPvP And OpPvP

Intro:
My name is Miles, I'm 14 and I love to play minecraft and discover cool things about the game that most people don't know about. I am a very creative person, I can think of ideas most people wouldn't have thought of at first. I am very kind, and quick to react in situations, if someone is doing something bad, like hacking I can stop them before most mods would be able to. I am a funny person and prefer to stay around more people who are casual and not as strict. I feel as if minecraft is a way to be creative and use my techniques in the game. That is why someone who is not as strict will be more at ease with the decisions other staff members make. That is why I feel like I want to become moderator.

How long can you be active on the server everyday?- no but almost every day, I am rank VIP in the game.
How long have you been playing Mineverse?- 2 years in total including being offline.
Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game)- I have been banned for hacking but changed and was not ever banned or kicked again.
Do you have any past experience as a moderator?- Yes, owner on 2 servers and admin on 1 as well as 1 mod. Currently I am trying to help my friend with his server. I know many of the minecraft plugins such as Group Manager and townie and a few other kitpvp plugins that you might need. I want to help with the server as much as I can by any means necessary.

Responsible:
I understand that responsibility and respect are most likely the two most important attributes of being a staff member. You are probably wondering... how am I responsible. In real life I have a few jobs such as mowing lawns, doing chores, and babysitting. I feel as if you need to take these jobs as serious as you can or else something awful will happen. For example, say I'm babysitting a kid and I was not paying attention while he was next to a sharp object. He may have died from that, and whether you think that's harsh or not that's like on mineverse. You will find people who hack and ddos and people who could care less for the server. They can do some serious damage to the server. That's exactly what I want to protect, because that server just like the kid was worked from scratch.

Concerns

I am concerned that mineverse is not viewing its hackers and or staff. In relation to some of the staff some are not respectful and are not viewing what the hackers are doing most of the time.

Because of this many players are getting agrivated and or don't donate. At first when I played on mineverse I had no idea what to expect until I found the issues later on. So I am willing to help the question is do you accept my help?

Why of all people Me to be mod?

I have had experience as being an owner of 3 servers and been admin on 2 also hav been mod on 1 other server. I think that this server needs more relation into being active staff. Your plugins remain the same and that has also been an issue, I know many plugins that will be of great help to you and to most other admins. I would like to contact the owner himself because I have many plugin suggestions for him. As well as anti cheat + which allows you to check when someone is hacking. That's just one of the plugins I know ask in chat whatever else you need.

I was muted and banned in the past for hacking which really makes me believe that you cant trust me. Sadly I don't have much to support that. But I can say that I have worked really hard on multiable server's and have done much for some popular servers as well as have talked to some people who have lots of experience with this. So even if I don't know the answer to something I can ask my friend what he thinks.

By All Means: If I am not doing what I'm supposed to as a moderator, by all means ban me. I feel as if as a mod you should have a trust connection between staff members. I am willing to help and develop my ideas as a group. I would not ban someone for no reason because my friend is irritated at him for some reason. So whenever I do something that needs your attention I will communicate with the staff before making a decision that may or may not drive an effect on that player.

This is an odd topic but I am really good at calming someone down on the server, try to talk them out of something they should not be doing. A.K.A. hacking or ddosing. Which I think would be helpful for the server in some ways.

I have multiable people saying that I may abuse my power as a staff member. I don't abuse you can ask anyone I know in mineverse and they will tell you I don't. I can also skype and facetime I can be available on mineverse for long periods of time.

Dedicated: I am very dedicated to the server I have really seen the new type Of pvp and minigame experience that mineverse put into display. The staff made me obligated to support mineverse as much as I could. I really think that this would open up many oppertunites for the people in kitpvp and oppvp, because no mods are usually on. Therefore their are so many hackers engaged in those 2 servers.

Serious When needed be:
I'm a funny guy and yes sometimes you would think that I don't take things very seriously, but when I have to I can be very serious. I usually correspond with other people's actions meaning usually if someone is acting a certain way I adjust to that situation.

Extra: Honestly I just don't know how I can be more active... I'm on mineverse everyday for at least 2-3 hours and post on the forms daily so please remove that from your decisions.

I'm a chill guy usually if someone who is mad at me or someone else is angry I usually try to help them as much as I can. Sometimes they can get extremely out of control and usually that is where my specialty is in. Oddly its calming people down, whether its in game or school or somewhere else I'm always their to support.

High Experience- Medium Typing Skill. I have a lot of experience the only problem is that I can't type very fast I can type about 55 wpm.

Whatever you can expect from me is most likely their as I am always open to suggestions and reply's. You can usually expect me to be on the server for 2-3 hours depending on how I feel or how my family is. I will use as much of my time and experience to support all the players I can.

Kind: If someone is asking for a mod on mutiable servers and or is needing support or if someone is hacking I will check or be online on most servers wen I can.
Honest: If I lie sadly you can tell because I laugh whenever I lie and or am honest in general because I can't lie at all anyway.
Supportive: Usually I support someone even if something they do isn't perfect. I belive as long as it is good then I can give as much support as I can get.
Active on forms: now usually I am active on forms from now since a week ago I have been active frequently. Will become more active now that I have something I may or may not look forward to.

How Can I Support with being a mod?

I can support by kicking people who spam too much and look at people who have frequently revieved warnings on the server. And or ban as many hackers as I can. I can try to look at other people's mod applications and give feedback on how their application can improve.
