No Support: This is because 1. This looks bland and it was hard to read, no offence. Perhaps a little bit of colour or font change? Is it possible for font change? Hmm... I'll look into it. But you need colour! 2. 'giving them my kits/money e.t.c' this isn't the best way to solve problems, because people will rely on you to do so and then they will say 'Mods give you (so and so) all the time!' 3.
