Promotions are roughly a month - 2 months apart. What happens when there are no more good applicants?

 

We just wait for some figure in the community who knows what to do,I guess.

 

I don't see the problem with having no more applicants, as long as there is a stable and large staff team, but realistically there will always be applicants.

You went on saying that they shouldn't promote people who resign, for at least 3 months. A lot of people tend to re-assign, before that time-period. So, we would eventually run out.

 

I wouldn't imagine so, there is a big player base. I'd say we'd be fine.

 

Fair enough. I don't know how it'd work out. They cannot promote 7 people every time. What if there are not 7 people worthy of the position. They cannot promote bad mods.
