List bounties

Hello Mineverse community,

I'm suggesting that people can /bounty list or /list bounties etc.
Why?
Because it's a bit pointless to put a bounty on someone if no one will know that person has a bounty. When you bounty someone, you want people to go after that person for the bounty.

Which tells you the bounty on a person.

Would the list show only the online bountied people?
