Missing Cape

Hello, this is KeiSenpai, and I've recently changed my Minecraft In-Game Name. I went onto Mineverse, unable to equip my Minecon 2015 cape. It said to contact an admin. Any help?

Cyp said himself that the capes are still a work in progress so there will be issues with them for a while since its new, good luck getting your cape back

Seeing as you already have, you need to wait 1-3 days.
If it is not resolved within that time, send it again until you get an answer.
