You could sell them on MC Market although I doubt you'd get a good price for them, I suggest giving some of them to your friends or something if you know you're not ever going to play again, although, I'd at least keep one account just to be sure. :p

Do what you want with your accounts, If you give them to someone, so be it. If you keep them, so be it. Your choice.
