The reason it hasn't already been implemented, is because this server uses Buycraft, which has it's own permission settings. A lobby has been talked about in the past, but I haven't noticed anything said upon it. I'm really not sure about any alternative way this could be done. Besides the likes of a Minigame lobby.
Support, the fact we trust them with our normal gamemodes... Why not on Minigames? And I back up whatever @Nanurz had previously mentioned.
