Really! I was a free rank which has been proven and mods have seen it and everything is good. Accept my free rank hasnt been given back! This is getting beyond the point of ridiculous. Why cant an operator take ten seconds and give it to me. This is becoming infuriating!
Like Firo said. They are dealing with others at the time and cannot do 90 things at a time. Also, Admins do not have access to rank configuration. So, Cyp or Crew would have to preform this action for you.
This is beyond the ability of a moderator. You need a admin and the server only has 2. They are spread thin as they also own more than just this server. You could try emailing proof of your rank before and an explication to the support email at: [email protected] I do my best to contact admins on prefix problems but it's possible I missed yours. I'll also forward this thread today. Do use that email as it is always a faster way to contact them. Provide as much proof as you have.
