TBH to the mods @RebornWolf tagged, this shouldn't even be in suggestions as this is clearly either a joke, to harass someone, or a 1% chance it is serious :/

 

It does seem serious, as people believe Reforming has been given enough chances.

 

Tbh quite a few people have had enough chances but are still here.
Anyways, I find this to be quite rude. As much as he has had more than enough chances, they could just find a reason to report him and get him banned. I'm not taking his side, or the communities side. This does seem a LITTLE bit serious.
