He was banned for killaura as you can see in the video you kindly linked me to. He was hitting the player while looking at the ground, so I don't know why this is so confusing.

 

You can hit people while looking at their feet -.- lag plays a big role in this video

 

The user can feel free to appeal then, this isn't your call. This thread is basically pointless from the view getting someone unbanned.
