DON'T READ IF YOU'RE GETTING READY TO GO TO BED. I've recently encountered sleep paralysis. I hope anyone doesn't encounter it like me. My experience I was on the verge of going to sleep, I felt like someone was holding me down. During Sleep Paralysis you can't do any body movement, so it's like you're paralyzed. The duration of the paralysis lasted about 1 minute. I couldn't go to sleep after that, here's a picture of what it feels like. https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&rct...VWPV-2rPmnLefLBS0IeG_NFA&ust=1455330740867172 Let me know if anyone has experienced once.
Happens quite often, but sorry you had to go through that :/ Most definitely not fun at all. Hope you get some good rest soon
I personally have never experienced this but my mom does quite often and she always tells me how scary it can be and that she hopes I never have to go through it but it sounds terrifying and I'm sorry ;-;
Sounds like FaZe Rug's problem (Youtuber) and I know other people have it too. I am very sorry that you had this problem and I hope it gets better and you can sleep.
Oh Rip me. In all seriousness, this sounds awful. Sorry you and others have had to go through this. I have never experienced it myself.
It happens to me like 6 times a week. Usually lasts about 30 seconds I remember it was 5 minutes once
That's enough time for me to read you a bed time story :> Wow, that must've been so scary, hope I never experience that :/
It all depends on how you approach sleep paralysis, if you imagine it to be very scary, it will be very scary. Just remember you do have control and none of it's real.
I once slept on my arm and when I woke up the next morning I could not move it at all :( I think I cut off the blood supply
I did that on my leg.. I was sleeping in a plane and I don't know how I was sleeping, but I somehow cut the blood supply off.. I was panicking so much because I was 5 then and my mum took me to the hospital.. Blah blah blah
