What are the infamous 'monkey bars'

Not sure if you have seen, but a few staff members, and even some of my non-staff friends are playing on this mysterious 'monkey bars' server. What do you think the monkey bars are?

How does one visit the playground. Some of my friends are able to play at this magical place, and they're not a staff member, but I remember him being a good builder - So maybe it's a building place?
