So, many staff give a lot of time to the server, so when they resign I think they should get some sort of recognition for their time. I think a rank, such as Mvp shouls be given (or an upgrade) along with a tag maybe.
I think maybe a tag would be acceptable. I don't think they should get an upgrade because modding isn't about getting an upgrade when they resign.
Its not about that, thats my point lmao. Mods spend time helping people without expecting anything back. My point is to reward mods who help us selflessly
Staff take their time up to help the server, they don't need an upgrade that's not what they work for. Maybe a tag If they have been staff for a while.
I like this idea, but would the tag be a forum or in-game tag? And would staff who, say were only staff for a week or two, get the rank/upgrade?
They could have only been mod for a short time and being a mod is self rewarding, other people don't give that reward. I like the idea of tags but not so fond of the ranks. Sorry :(
I think a tag. But what would the tag be. Support on the tag part. EDIT: Maybe not the rank part. I am not sure if someone would do this but be mod for a few weeks and then resign. Although I doubt someone would do that. Still.
I think the tag would be gr8. So many new players have no idea what some players have done for this community. I don't think the rank upgrade is completely necessary, but sure :P
Mods will be like "resigninf". Then they get a rank, and then theu would reapply. It's a win win for them.
Mm, yeah. I do like the tag idea but not so fond of the rank idea. Correct me if I'm wrong but I do believe that some people have been upgraded in the past from being fantastic, long-serving Moderators, though?
