Buycraft is a web based store that many servers optimize for their minecraft web store. Redis is a part of that. If you chargeback with buycraft/redis it logs a history. That customer history is associated with your form of payment and or UUID. You've obviously charged back several times.

Your payment history and credit are not our problem here.
There isn't much we can do to help you.
