Help! One day, I was disconnected from Mineverse. When I tried logging in again, it failed. I then exited Minecraft and re opened. Same thing happened. Then, I restarted my laptop. All my servers, gone. When I re typed the IP, it says "Cannot connect to server". I updated my Java, same thing occured. Please help?

What version of MC are you using?
Also, is your internet connection functioning normally?

 

Try to restart your router. To do that unplug it for 30 seconds. Then plug it back in for another 30 seconds. It should then work.

If it does not work, the only thing I could think of us get the files you want on a flash drive and restart your computer to factory settings.

Yes. Minecraft is working on both, but Mineverse isn't working on my laptop :P

 

If it's not only Mineverse, you might have port-filtered your router also. which means you are blocking yourself from reaching their IP

 

If it is the router, wouldn't it screw up MC multi-player on the other computers also?
