Hacker placed blocks on my island that I can't remove

I just noticed this cobble pillar on the other side of my island. I have never placed these blocks before and when I tried breaking it, it wouldn't let me because it's right outside my island size. If any staff member can help me out in removing this, I would soo appreciate it. Thank you

Could it be blocks of a neighboring island?

 

Do /staff then go get a staff member and tell them and hopefully they can solve this problem.

 

We no longer have island bypass.
The best you can do is contact an admin when they're online :/

 

No, we don't have any neighbor and I went to ask ParanormalPizza but he said he can't do it and the other mod didn't reply back to me. This is so not cool...

As in you can't do anything on anybodys island anymore?

They don't allow mods to be able to do anything on peoples islands since the incident at /warp sandshop

 

I'm thinking about that TNT thing BUT it's technically off my island size so I don't think it'll break it :(
