What are the best ways to earn money on these servers? KitPvP Skyblock Hellblock Prison Vanilla Survival Factions OPFactions GTA Please, I would like to know.

Hey. Um since when was there a "Vanilla Survival".. If you're referring to the current Survival don't use the word "Vanilla Survival" it is far from that.. The easiest way to make money on Survival is to be a jacka** in chat and complain about life until some poor soul has enough of you and decides to give you 500 duped wither heads to make you shut the **** up.
They're not duped, probably no life farmed. But yes, "Vanilla Survival" is not vanilla survival. If you want money on survival, my advice is to no life, make an afk farm, and then no life some more.
I've found about 45 duping bases, took a picture of them all, watermarked who claimed it onto the picture, and it's in a file on my laptop ;)
Well you honestly can make any gamemode, but it has to be really strong, and a pot of details. Now if you want my opinion, Kit-pvp
Survival: Mine and Sell, and /warp blaze is quite useful also, but DO NOT sell your rods there because it is a complete scam.. Sell them at ./warp shop ! KitPvP: Sell your kit on other gamemodes, and DO NOT trust premiums, because if they scam they have nothing to loose since they only payed 5$ on the server. Skyblock: Sell your kit :P Hellblock: Sell your kit and make a shop. Prison: Mine and sell your kit and try and kill people to get rare items to trade money for GTA: Avoid dying, because it takes a lot of money out of your account :') Oh and try and kill someone with Titan armor and then sell it.. Also collecting stacks of ammo works too, and heads...
Can't say I trust gods or titans either, considering I've been scammed by 3 gods and 2 titans already. EDIT--- In KitPvP, my fastest way of making money is voting and killing people. The economy is practically broken, protection IV rarely goes above $25, and tons of people scam. I suggest not trading armor, because you can kill 25 people faster than you can make a set of armor and find someone to trade it to. Hope this helps.
