Infection- Prestige abuse

So this has become more of an issue recently, with prestige being fixed and such, and I'd like to clarify what prestige abuse really is.

Bow spamming (prestige abuse):
This was never a huge problem, as only p7 was fixed. But, p8-p10 were fixed, causing more issues.
Some of the beliefs about prestige abuse are:

1. You may only use your prestige perk once per round
   • In this sense, you are not allowed to commit suicide, or let a human kill you/log off then on again
2. You are allowed to use [/suicide :] and spam over and over to your heart's consent
   • In this one, there is no way to prevent it without editing the plugin so once you shoot it, it's gone
3. If you die by a human killing you, you can use it again
   • This is the one that gets me. This is almost the same as using [/suicide :] over and over again, mainly because you can get your friend(s) to purposely kill you

Personally, I believe that you are only allowed to use the perk once per round.
In the more "recent" update (a few months back), it was rumored that they made it so you can only use the perk once per round; obviously not.

So, I am here asking what your thoughts on it are.

You can use it as much as you want SO LONG as you are killed legitimately. You shouldn't be allowed to /suicide over and over to get it.

We worked bloody hard for our Prestiges, yet with the current rule, it's been practically ripped from our hands.

 

This isn't too much of a 'support' type of thread.
I'm more or less asking for what you guys think of prestige abuse; as in what's allowed and what's not allowed.

 

I believe we need a different infection plugin that patches the exploits. If that means they need to do major changes so be it. I personally loved egg spamming when it took me 5 months to earn that ability.

 

I believe you should only be allowed to use this once since using it over to your "heart's
consent wouldn't be good.

 

It should be how infection always had been!

 

If I ever get prestige 7 8 9 ect, I want to be able to go full blast and use it whenever xD.

 

Maybe have the ability to use it alot in the human biased maps?

 

People can just lie and say they were killed but instead they went off somewhere and suicided. Whether the rules are changed or not, it will be awfully hard to determine who is abusing, especially when there is a fair amount of players online.

It would be cool if we could get some sort of plug-in or whatever that only enables you to use the amount of arrows you have once per round. This way, it can't be abused, but since I'm not a dev or have any knowledge, I have no idea if this can actually be a thing.

My opinion is prestige kit spamming should not even be a rule. Prestige spamming is in no way unfair and balances out the huge amounts of players and donators that camp. Banning prestige spamming in the first place is so hypocritical of this community "Bow zombie, Hacker, etc" most of the players who wanted it banned said this and never thought of the fact that they have 36 arrows ridiculous camping spots with other humans and can easily get 20 rofl stomps <-- this here is not balanced and prestige spamming helped balanced it out a bit but not that much because if there were donators they would be almost unkillable almost with bows because by the time we suicide they just go regen and are full hearts again.

 

if kit spamming was allowed nothing would be special about p10, p9, p8 or p7 because all prestiges could use as much arrows as they wished

 

Yea suicide 4 times to get enough arrows as prestige 10 how long does that take plus walking to the target their gonna be at full hp.

 

when you suicide it doesn't take long at all to do and zombies have speed 3 it takes them no time to get across the map

 

So I just came up with another option: maybe make it so there's a kit for your prestige rank, which can only be used once per round? Not too sure, just an idea.

 

I don't see the point of "prestige abuse"
Becuase p7+ are only allowed now to use it once per round? How about p5.. They can spam fire on you everytime they suicide/die
Is that fair? ._.

 

Because the community is hypocritical and don't care they only care about what affects them.
