Survival problem

Okay I've been asking for help for a few weeks now, and ive sent a bunch of direct messages to the Co Owner and The Owner, Its a really quick thing, ive Changed My username to EmoWolfGirl from EmoCutieJustice. I had chests that are private to EmoCutieJustice, and now I can not take the Signs off. Please help, I'm begging you.

 

I will tag some moderators that can hopefully tag the owner to change this.
