Hello!
I recently found a bug in the /is and now i can not /is accept to claim my island back from my friend, we where trying to invite his brother to play with us and it wouldn't let us, so we made his account the owner of the island and that worked. Then his brother gave my friend the owner status but in order to do that i had to remove owner from me, now i can not do /is accept and I don't have an island, i cant even do /is restart nothing happens or is displayed in chat. Please help!
I think my player file needs to restored in the islands :(
I have tried getting help from staff for 2 days now, they blow me off and ignore me.

 

@TADS4 is this something we can help with or do we need a higher up mod?

 

I'm 99% sure it's an issue with a name change, so it'd probably have to be higher up.

Im still not able to use the commands. (/is accept )

 

I changed my name, Also it didnt work. I want to upgrade to next rank but i want to be able to play. thanks Dyna, your a cool person, so many of the staff ignore me. :( I just think my player file on it has to be reset. is it possible to reset it? Maybe someone who has access to the console?
I have $3780 right now in my balance and i have nothing i dont care much about.

it is a problem with the party plugin , do /is leave
then have the invite sent to you again and accept it

 

commands are also not repeatable in succession for server flooding reasons , search threads on repeating commands about this

@Tommy what does it say on your friends screen when they send the invite?

 

It says Invite Sent or what not, "{User} Invited {User}" thats an example. But First {User} is the sender and 2nd is the Person being invited. When I accept nothing pops up notifying me that it worked. It works with /is reject though. :/

Could someone get in contact with a Developer who has access to the FTP to reset my Data? Or atleast have them DM me so I can explain person to person better? I haven't been able to play in like a week. I am losing hope.

 

Hello Tommy,

This is most likely due to your previous name changes.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but islands are not based off of UUID's yet, but player names.
You c an try emailing [email protected] explaining the situation.
