It should also be noted that as of today, I have a slightly new schedule:

11:30am - 5 pm (Hours I might be online)
Usually online for 2-3 hours on survival, factions, prison, or pretty much any mineverse server.

Telling me the reason would help better myself in the future

I had positive ratings from everyone except you. I apologize if you feel that I was being rude to you in your application, but I was just giving you constructive criticism for your future.

Would you mind telling me why you didn't support me? Being cocky isn't exactly a good reason.

If I was saying, "Well since I got all this support I am totally getting staff" that would be another thing, but I do not act like this.

I apologize if I insulted you or hurt you in any way, but I did not mean any of it. If this was on a post of yours, I was most likely just kindly giving you some criticism to help you better yourself in the future and increase your chances at whatever it was.

I didn't support your mod application, then you decided you didn't want to support mine.
If I could kindly ask, I would love for you to judge me not on anything I might have said, but how I am as a player.
If wanted, I will not quote it on this thread and keep it secret, but if you could judge me on my character I would feel much better.
