I know many people think different but I don't think you're ready for the moderator position.

First of all you're only 11. I mean I know that we've had 2 11 year old mods in the past but this is different.
You're immature in-game sometimes and you're not very active. (Unless we just aren't on at the same time)
I suggest being mature as possible and reporting and rule violations you get evidence of. Other than that your good.

officaly you aren't that active towards me i don't see you much online.But the last time i did when you where in Bedwars
you used a lot of bad language which changed my opinion about you a lot i just dont think you are mature enough.
