You must move before chatting

May we please remove the you must move before chatting thing? When I am on minechat trying to talk to people it on certain servers says You must move before chatting. This is really annoying because you can't move on minechat. And if you try typing a warp it will still say the same thing so their is no way to talk. I noticed this problem specifically on op prison.

Yeah, but it doesn't work very well. I still find heaps of advertisers on opprison.

/mute /tempban /ban or any other command doesn't even work, lol.

Just enable commands will do, not chat.
Once you get commands you can do /spawn then /warp shop you will be able to talk.

Why not just tp to an area?

Everything on there, including commands would be disabled.
