Lost God Rank... I've waited nearly a year to get this fixed.

• My exact in game name is: SirZex formerly Ryanrr1134
• My purchased rank is/was: God
• My exact issue and or game mode where the problem is: I lost the rank and alll of my workings on all servers after my name change. This is a problem that is server-side, and there is nothing I can do to fix it. It treats my account as a new default player. I have purchased this rank, and have no reason for it to be revoked. I sent numerous emails to support, week after week. And guess what? No reply. I have waited a while (nearly a year) and have not yet received my rank back. I'm entitled to my goods, and I know for a fact that every minecraft account has a personalized id that comes along with it to prevent these mishaps.
