A message to everyone: thank you to everyone who has supported me for my 2+ years of being on Mineverse. You all made who I am today. And to those who have tried to make me slip from my tower of happiness, you've only made me a stronger person. This is my final application, if I don't get moderator, it wasn't meant for me. I made this last application because I knew I could improve on what I had said in my last app. A message to Cypriot and Crew; If you give me a chance I wouldn't let you down. Hello!​

My name is paulainmo, and thank you for taking time out of your day to read my application. I hope you enjoy and leave some honest feedback. Lets get on with it shall we?

A little insight into who I am: most if not all of you know me as paulainmo, but my real life name is Dominic(k) (depends on how you want to spell it) I love dogs and building computers, and my favorite sport is American football (My favorite team is the Green Bay Packers) I found Minevese over 2 years ago around the time that it opened on a Minecraft server website. I decided to check it out, and, I am more that glad that I did.

I speak beginner Spanish and my English language is very well polished.

Yes I do, I have Bandisoft Recording software, a YouTube channel, And I can take basic Minecraft Screenshots

Why do you think I should become a moderator?
​

I'm going to hop right into this in layered paragraphs.

Responsibility
​

I already have to report enough hackers on a daily basis, and with moderating privileges I would be able to jump straight into action and give the reported or rule-breaking his deserved punishment. It's the fact of being able to stop the wrong do-er in their tracks at the source, instead of waiting for a active moderator do respond to the report after most of the damage is already done.

Active
​

I have been keeping a steady record of being active on Mineverse over 2 years now and I don't plan to stop being active anytime soon. Having an active mod is a great benefit to a player's experience on the server, and an even better one to the staff team to keep the server running smooth.

Respect
​

I respect my parents, schoolmates, and everyone else who has a reason for my respect.
I make sure that I respect every individual on Mineverse and try to make sure that everyone is respecting everyone else, themselves, and the technology .

Halcyon
​

Overall I am a calm person, I may raise my voice a little bit if a person is persistently antagonizing me or arguing over a nullified reason, but having a calm moderator is a good benifit because the moderator in question wont make rash decisions under tranquility when they might under anger. If a player decides to swear at me, I do not retaliate in harsh ways, a friendly warning first and then a mute of the time I decide they need. I always try to keep stress-free, because being stressed is not a good thing for your health, which I am trying to keep healthy.

Helpful

I help everyone I can, that is just part of my personality traits. When someone needs assistance with something, they can always ask me because I will be ready for every question they have. It makes me filled with joy to see new players joining and figuring things out. I try to be a good leader when it comes to making players feel safe and secure in the Mineverse Community.

Dedication
​

I've been playing Mineverse for over 2 years now, and I believe that shows that I am here to dedicate time to the server and the well-being of everyone on it and the server itself.

Hacks​

I know a lot about hacks, not because I have before, but because I've encountered hackers since the day I joined up Mineverse. I know how to spot hacks, how to judge a video, and how to make sure that the person accused won't do it again.

Forgiving
​

As a moderator, you mustn't hold a grudge, and I don't hold a grudge to anyone on the server, though some hold a few to me. A life goal of mine is to never hold a grudge and I have stuck to that goal since I was born.

Mature
​

I've struggled with maturity in the past, but I have a firm grip on it now. If I become mod, It will only increase my level of maturity.

Honest​

I trust a lot of people in my life, and a lot of people trust me with actions to carry out, and I think I'm pretty well known in the server on its own and I have been for a while now, and a lot of players trust me with whatever they want me to do. Example: keeping promises, not raiding, griefing, ect. Being honest also builds relationships with other players, which is key in becoming a trust-able person.

Optimistic​

What do you see here? Glass half full or glass half empty?
The glass is completely full because there is air inside the glass. Its always good to keep an open mind when moderating, and having a positive outlook on everything.

Fast Decisions
​

Being able to make any size of decision on the spot is important for someone moderating a server, and I am able to 40 WPM (Words Per Minute) which is a good thing in ways like being able to respond to people in a situation where they need to talk immediately. I don't wait around when someone asks for help. If they need it, I'm ready for them.

Jokester
​

Its a Important trait to always be happy, and always look at the bright side of things. I always try to make jokes when I can when things are a little more, lax. Its a good thing to have a mod who can crack and take a joke, and I know when the jokes start to turn towards profanity or something else vulgar and I will ask the person to stop making the joke that could make people feel uncomfortable.

I don't single out
​

I thought I might as well throw this in. If my friends on Mineverse are doing something that is breaking the rules stated on the forums, I wont give them any lee-way and wont let one of their rule breaking's slide past me. I will give them full punishment without batting an eye.

How long can you be on the server every day?
Monday-Thursday 3-6 hours
Friday 4-8 hours
Saturday-Sunday 4-whole day :p


How long have you been playing Mineverse?

I'm not lying when I say, 2+ years. I think around March of 2013, because the server was still 1.6 and the lobby was the Ice tundra.

Have you ever been banned in the past?
​

Yes I have, over 2 years ago in factions for naming a block of sand a block of diamond & recently finding a glitch in infection I was caught doing, but It was a 1.5 day ban, and I reported the glitch.

Do you have past experience as a moderator?
​

Yes, I co-own a small server and moderate a lot of small factions/survival servers.
