Possibly a corruped chuck in Mineverse survival

My friend, LovelyCheetahGrl, just got stuck in a corruped chuck in survival. We are not exactly sure if it is accually corruped, but we think it is. She rapidly took screenshots, so we have the coords, which is -1696 63 -8831. Can you please help her, we love your server and we have so much fun, thank you.

 

What's wrong with it? Is the chunk not loading? Is there a message appearing in chat saying you've reached the world's border? Is it not letting her move?

 

When she gets on, it automaticly kicks her and gives this error message:

 

Your image didn't work.
Anyways, tell her (or you) to go to shop.mineverse.com and buy the teleport back to spawn. It should resolve her problem.

 

The word border on survival is +/-18,000 N S E W. So it should not be the edge. She or you can click Shop at the top and buy the free TP to Spawn for her, it works on survival too. I had that problem before, if your running and jump at a corner of blocks too fast/much it will make you lag/hang on the corner.

Yep that is what happened as I said, got hung/lagged/glitches in a block corner! Buy the free TP to Spawn and done!
