Damage indicator mods?

I would like a suggestion for a good Forge damage indicator mod for 1.8.x, but unfortunately the original Damage Indicators is essentially dead, and I don't want to use any other mods without verifying that they're legal first.

 

The updated Better PvP mod comes with damage indicators.

 

5zig mod is legal and has health indicators.

 

Is it legal?

I'd go with 5zig. I haven't used it, or any mods, but from what I've seen and heard about it, it's pretty good.
And it appears to be legal.

 

Use metro. Metro has a damage indicator.

 

"Use Metro." -> Totally won't get you banned(Sarcasm).

 

It won't unless you get caught.

 

Using a hacked client isn't advised. I've seen many people get banned for accidentally revealing such.
Just install a mod.

Yea good idea, however this WILL increase targeting, that's the only concern I have as people with lower health would be killed off, rank or not.

You can combine 5zig with optifine to make something super cool ( its what I use ) 5zig has health indicators.

 

5zig causes you to freeze and sometimes crash when using other mods with it.

 

Metro is a great ghost, second to spook.

 

I use optifine and Damage Ind both are completely legal, you just combine them in forge.

 

It all depends on the Pc/ laptop
