Not receiving reset email

I recently came back to minecraft after almost a year and decided to start playing mineverse again. I tried to get on one of my two forum accounts, and I had forgotten the password to omie2001. I tried sending a reset email, but I never received one. I tried sending it a few different times, and still have been waiting days and have not received it.

 

You're only meant to have one forums account :/

 

I had to use an alt account since my other one was stolen, so I had two. :p

 

Okay, I just had this same problem yesterday but in a different way. I changed my name and my email so when I tried reactivating my account with the email that's supposedly supposed to come which didn't. To fix this issue you may email [email protected] and tell them the email, ign, account name, etc. If you can't do this get a hold with the forum admin Pile_Of_Butts she is a older female Head Admins that's very mature and can very nicely and helpfully fix your issue. Do /staff in-game to see if she's on or make a new forums account(once again) or use one of yours and message her for assistance. I hope I helped you solve your issue.
