Entity, the best thing for you to do is email [email protected] with proof of the transaction.

I got a very quick reply that I am happy about! Apparently I have to wait 4-6 days for the payment to clear, thanks for the help guys. ;3

I know you have already been told this, but create an email of your issue, providing any / all proof you have, to;
