If you can supply both of the transaction ID's for both the times you purchased Supreme, I'm sure this will be resolved. Don't post them here, supply within the email you sent/are going to send.
If this has been resolved, I'd recommend reporting this thread with the reason "Close" to have the thread closed. You can also have the thread closed by tagging a few moderators and mentioning such. If this hasn't been resolved, just bump the thread everyday and hope for resolvation.
