• My purchased rank is/was: supreme
• My exact issue and or game mode where the problem is: I just buyed an upgrade from elite to supreme but i was already supreme i would buy an upgrade to god but i press the wrong button
• Evidence ie: screenshots and/or any helpful information: i got

 

Is there absolute evidence you can atleast provide for us? Without evidence, nothing can be done. I'm sorry.

He doesn't really need evidence, they can just check his username in the donation store history...

 

If you can supply both of the transaction ID's for both the times you purchased Supreme, I'm sure this will be resolved.

Don't post them here, supply within the email you sent/are going to send.

If this has been resolved, I'd recommend reporting this thread with the reason "Close" to have the thread closed.
You can also have the thread closed by tagging a few moderators and mentioning such.

If this hasn't been resolved, just bump the thread everyday and hope for resolvation.

 

I also believe tagging is broken atm.
