This can't be a serious suggestion.
"Cussing," as you say, is not allowed in the server because not only would it make the server look bad but young people play Minecraft, and I'm talking about people under the age of 10. Swearing would not only be a very bad influence on them but their parents could pin the blame on Minecraft/gaming. Or more specifically, Mineverse.
