If you accidentally bought the incorrect rank that I'm very sorry but, there is no refunds, I'm sure if you email Mineverse @ support.mineverse.com then you can give them the, Transaction ID, Ign, Etc. For a refund, if denied then you're going to have to just re-buy the correct rank, Sorry for the inconvenience that you're having, I hope this helped, have a nice day!
