Reporting?

I posted a suggestion a few minutes ago, and now I have another one. When reporting a player, the new template states you have to write their forums account username. However, there is a big chance they DONT have a forums account, so you would have to write their Minecraft Name. Mods? Staff? Change this?

 

I just change it where instead of it saying Forums I changed it to In-game, still worked it is not an invalid template

I just put there In Game Name in instead, but please do change it so it doesn't confuse anyone.

Neutral, I would just not worry about it, just put their in-game name.
