Wasn't sure what you meant by >40. Figured you meant greater than 40, sorry about that. Logitech and razor both have decent mice under that price range. Just search up on Amazon or eBay such as the G302.
Deathadder is probably worth the most for the budget you have.

Logitech is probably the best way to go, Razer may look cool but the quality of their products arn't that good. Logitech also have a few low budget gaming mouses anyway.

I've had my razor mouse and keyboard for four years now, their still basically brand new. Some of their products are decent, and so far the things I've bought from them have been great and I'd totally recommend them.

Unfortunately most of the good razor mice are quite pricey, but I think their worth it if you get the right one.

Everyone has their own personal experiences, though personal experience with their headsets and just looking at the over priced laptops leads me against them.

I love the deathadder, its a really good mouse. Sadly razer doesn't ship it to Lithuania so I can't get it without adding 20euros to the price.
I use a Logitech g700s atm and its pretty good.

the death adder is great for the shape and the comfort is nice. you can change the lights in your razor synapse. and I get a decent 11-13 cps with it.
