    Have you emailed support? If not, email [email protected] once a week and include:
    • Your in game name
    • A detailed description of your current issue
    • Valid proof of purchasing the rank

    Not really, that could've been any transaction.

    There is no legitimate proof that that purchase was a rank purchase.

    Of my knowledge interact dosent give full on receipts. The only more proof i could offer is a ss saying "Payment -27.92$"


    Would that be enough ;-;

    I'm afraid not, i'm sorry that this didn't work. Maybe you can ask Cyp if the confirmation number is the same. Email [email protected] once a week, stating proof of purchase.

    I would recommend trying to find the transaction ID, as there must have been one, and send it to Cypriot so he can verify that you did indeed purchase a rank.

    2nd picture seems to be evidence, has transaction ID I think.

    oPrimitive, send the transaction ID and the invoice ID to Cypriot. He should be able to verify one of them.

    Here is what you should do;
    Email '[email protected]' your issue, provide all the proof you have, then wait patiently, the Owners are busy people, so don't expect a reply right away!

    TBH I think there isn't enough proof that you brought the rank, this could be any transaction, is your pay pal connected to your email? you should get emailed a receipt after buying something over pay pal, is he lying just to get a rank?
