Hey! so I thought I'd make this thread for any people who like books, or want to start reading more and are looking for some new titles, as some of my friends and I are also looking for new books. I figured this could be a useful thread as people might have some spare Christmas cash ;) I'd like to see this thread being used (as I too am looking for some books to read) but if nobody likes books that's perfectly understandable and I can look like a donkey for creating this :D So, if you want to leave some book reccomendations, opinions on certain books or tag some people who might be interested in this then go ahead below :p -ῳɑ∫∫ȴɛʂ
Wuthering Heights is pretty good, considering if you like an 1800s version of a love story. Great Gatsby is also good, imo Catch-22 is satire on war; however, it is a rather confusing novel as the chapters are more in a puzzle-like order (by puzzle, you need to get chapters and put them in order), and the book is extremely difficult to understand if you don't understand clues/term (also applies to Wuthering Heights.)
Wings of Fire by Tui T. Sutherland The Menagerie by Kari H. Sutherland The Maze Runner by James Dashner Gone by Michael Grant (one of my favorites)
Some of my son's favorites: Young adult fantasy (anything by this author) This one comes out in February
Yes, oml. Life As We Knew It was like the best book ever - and I still have to read the rest of the series.
