Can we scam in out Plots?

    Just wondering if We can scam in /warp plots in Prison.I was told we cant.But on every Prison server ive been on [about 19] we could scam on the Black market or in Mvs Case /warp plots.So just wondering if we can make it so we can scam on Sell/Buy signs.

    The rules say no scamming under any CIRCUMSTANCES, so I'd say no.
