I hope that you can agree with me on a few of these :p Respectful I always treat other players the way I would like to be treated. I never intentionally hurt someones feelings. I have never insulted another player. I always try and be open-minded about other people's opinions and thoughts. Strict I understand the responsibility being a moderator on a server brings. I know that it is important to take action against any player breaking the rules of the server. I understand that I may at some point have to punish a friend for breaking the rules. I will not show bias and will punish them the same as I would any other player. Caring I care very much about other players. Some would say I care too much... I'm always trying to fix disagreements among my friends, most of the time with success. I know how it feels to be a new player on a big server, and I always try to make any new faces feel welcome. If there is a problem you face with another player, I'm the one to go to for help. Relatable and Approachable I know this may seem pointless but I would like to say that I'm not one to exclude players. I know how it feels, and I would never wish that on anyone. If you're down with it, let's be friends! I'll talk with anyone who's willing to talk to me, whenever. I'm a somewhat new player myself, and I love socializing with other beginners as well as older players. Friendly I love love love making friends. I don't have a very selective group that I hang out with, so come chat with me sometime! I'd love to meet you if I haven't already. I haven't made a single enemy in 11 months (I believe) of playing. Instead, I've made dozens of amazing friends that I wouldn't trade for the world <3 If you see me in game, just say hi, I don't bite. Fun This isn't the most important quality for a mod to have, but it's still a nice bonus. I love to joke around, sometimes being a bit immature. (I'm working on that now) While laughter and jokes are enjoyable, I would never try to hurt someones feelings and laugh about it, nor let a mere pun get in the way of my responsibilities. Professional I would never let my own opinions about a player lead me to abuse my powers against them. Personal feelings and thoughts should be kept personal and not cloud your judgement when it comes to punishment for breaking the rules. ~Random Blip~ When I first joined this server everyone was wonderful and welcoming to me. Several kind players taught me how to play the games, and I learned some tips and tricks from them. Now, months later, I try my best to do the same with new players that I come across. I hope I can teach them at least half as well as the kind players taught me. =end of random blip= ~One more Random Blip~ One of my biggest pet peeves about Minecraft in total, is the hackers. Hackers frequent Mineverse often, especially on Infection, one of the games I play most. I would love to actually be able to take action against them someday myself. =end of random blip= How long can you be active on the server everyday? I have a strange schedule, but bear with me: Weekdays: 1-7 hours in-game 1-8 hours on the forums Weekends: 1-9 hours in game 1-10 hours on the forums *edit: I'm flexible, I can get on most of the time. I don't know an exact month, or day I joined, but sometime around the beginning of this year, possibly January or February. Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game) I have never been banned on Mineverse, or done anything that I could have been banned for. Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I have some experience as a mod on a small creative server. (I later resigned after finding Mineverse) I do not have much experience moderating large amounts of people at this point, but hey, you have to get experience somewhere. ;) Misc. Hello, I would just like to thank you for taking the time to read my probably grueling moderator application. With your Support/Neutral/No Supports I hope you will add some constructive crisisism about 1. my application and 2. what I can try to improve about myself. This helps me greatly, as I need as much help as I can get. Things I believe I need to improve about myself: -I need to be more active on other servers than Infection and Creative / get to know the communities of games I don't play as often better. -I need to be more active on the forums, get myself more well-known among the players. -I need to try to be more mature than I am right now.
