I'm Neutral. if scammers were lobby banned then they would just leave Mineverse. I think if it's a donor rank scam then it should be perm lobby banned and a refund..
Support! I think this should make some people think twice before trying to scam someone Like, for example, I got scammed $45 but getting banned from 1 game mode isn't really worth it... If it was lobby ban the guy might have thought twice :/
No support. However if you was scammed irl money for a rank I support with a perm ban(until an appeal gets accepted) but not in game items.
Why don't we just make scamming legal? If we all scam each other it won't matter who gets scammed! :D
Note to all who thing refunding should be an option: It isn't an option (as of now, anyway) due to the mod possibly abusing.
I do agree, 30 days to me seems like nothing. I think they should extend the time to say like maybe 2 months. On the second offense, i think it should be a ban with a appeal. On third offense, I belive it should be a perm ban on that game mode. There is no real way to get rid of scammers. They just keep coming back. Support.
Support. Although, reading through the comments, some have suggested that the scammer should get a refund if they are a donator. I do not agree with his simply because it was 100% optional for them to donate to the server, and I believe before you check out, it says something about the donations being non-refundable. It was their decision to scam, so they should have to deal with the consequences.
Support again, but on part of scamming where you lose your items the mod and the scammer should make arrangements for the scammer to give back the items with a shorter punishment, say if you got banned for scamming it was perm. But if you give back the items it goes down to a 30 day ban. Once the player gives the items to the mod the mod then makes arrangements with the players to get he/ she's items back. This will be a long process but if you've been scammed before you would know how awfoul it feels, and getting the player banned isn't good enough to quench your hate.
