[USA] Western's mod app

Yo guys, its Westerns. After much thought, Ive decided to apply for mod. I feel that I'm ready for the task. This is the only server I play, and that's not going to change any time soon, as Ive made a lot of friends here.
How old are you? I am 14, and will turn 15 soon.
Your in-game name: Westerns, but you may know my other account gavinrawx better, My bro now plays on it.
What timezone are you in? I use Central Standard Time. (CST)
What country do you live in? I live in the United States.
What languages do you speak? I only speak English.

Why do you think you should become a mod? I am very active, and I dislike rule breakers, in fact, you could say I hate them. There are always people hacking on kitpvp, and hitting through walls, taking no damage, and spamming as well as pet hiding too. Instead of having to upload a video and wait, I could just ban and log the ban, it would be much easier, and enable me to help stop them more effectively. I would also tp to people if they need help.
How long can you be active on the server everyday? I'm pretty busy with school, but I can be on for at least 2 hours a day, and usually around 4 hours.
How long have you been playing Mineverse? Ive played mineverse for 2 years, but Ive only really been active for about a year to be honest. I found it on minecraft-server-list, and have enjoyed playing on it a ton ever since.
Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game) I was banned on archerpvp for a day for using a bad word in chat, I didn't realize the effect it had on other players, and will never use it again.
Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I used to own a kitpvp server, but sadly it didn't get enough donations to survive. I did however, learn a lot of useful commands, and how to deal with tons of players on at once.
What commands do you know how to use? Most of the commands for the essentials plugin, as I owned a server myself. I know how to ban, tempban, mute, and tempmute as well.

Thanks, but as for the first point, Ive tried to make it clear that I mostly play those two gamemodes. As for my attitude, I'm working on that :D

 

You've mentioned how you will stop rule breakers if you are promoted, but you haven't really mentioned anything else.

I'd like to see some personal traits or skills you have that may benefit the community if you are to be promoted.
