I suggest not tagging the owners constantly, it won't help. They probably know about your issue.
Email the support email, and wait patiently for a reply, it's pathetic this is allowed to happen, yet it's more money for the owners, so it's likely you may be waiting a while for your well-deserved response.

Again, tagging the owners won't do anything, save your time.

Well maybe ask any moderator to help in this thread, or maybe idk, but if he got his rank back, we don't know even if he/she got Titan, at least if I didn't know.. But I'm trying to help not hurt
